The world can be a noisy place, and sometimes it seems to be even louder when you’re trying to get to sleep. If you have trouble falling asleep at night, you’ve probably tried just about everything.

The most common way to fight against sleepless nights is to listen to some music and using soothing sounds to wind down before bed each night is perfectly acceptable. But the problem is that wearing earphones while you sleep can be very uncomfortable, or require you to try to sleep on your back, whether you want to or not. If you listen to music constantly at a high volume, it can cause hearing damage and wax build-up.
